- Matcha - 2g of Purity Powder
- Hot Water (just under boil) - 2 oz
- Milk of Choice - 1/2 cup
- Maple Syrup - 1/2 tbsp
In order to make the best matcha latte that is most optimal for your body, it's important to use the right ingredients - starting with the matcha.

- Matcha - 1/2 tsp of Purity Powder
- Hot Water (just under boil) - 3 oz
- Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger Powder -1/8 tsp
- Turmeric -1/8 tsp
- Milk of Choice -1/2 cup
- Maple Syrup -1/2 tbsp
- 1. Whisk matcha with hot water.
- 2. Heat up milk and combine with maple syrup using an electric or handheld brother.
- 3. Pour the whisked matcha over the milk mixture.
- 4. Top it off with cinnamon, ginger powder, and turmeric, and enjoy!
